Elaine A. Waggoner has diligently served her clients for over 37 years. Elaine graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1972 with a BA in English Education, Minoring in Philosophy and French. After teaching high school English for three years, Elaine returned to higher education a second time to earn her J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law. Elaine was admitted to the Nebraska Bar Association in 1978 and has been practicing law in Lincoln ever since.
Elaine is a native Nebraskan who is proud to offer the unique appeal of a small town attorney to all of her clients within the much larger city of Lincoln.
