Richard is a semiretired civil engineer who has worked in many foreign countries including Vietnam, Iran, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Peru, El Salvador, and the Phillippines. Richard’s world traveling has given him unusual and interesting experiences that he can apply to his job at Waggoner Law Office and other parts of his life. Richard who is a devoted cat lover knows how to ship cats anywhere in the world. Richard’s educational experience include graduation from Lincoln High School, graduation with a bachelor’s degree in engineering and a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Richard is a registered professional engineer in Colorado and professional civil engineer emeritus in Nebraska. Richard’s worldly experience enables him to be an excellent runner at the law firm including doing unorthodox mailings and enables him to have excellent rapport with clients from other cultures.
